- Team Mentoring: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Process Automation: Drive automation in the development process to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on Azure Cloud services and containerized architectures.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and experience in defining and deploying DevOps processes. Demonstrated ability to drive automation in the development process. Proficient hands-on programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, and front-end technologies like React, Angular, or. Understanding and experience with Pub/Sub message broker design architectures. Solid understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
