About the RoleThis part-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing private practice therapy organization that emphasizes evidence-based care, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. You will work with a team of experienced therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our young patients.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to children in our outpatient clinic, using a fun and playful approach to increase their functioning and mobility.
- Educate parents and empower them to work with their children effectively at home, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Current North Carolina PT License
- Minimum 1-2 years of pediatric experience, or new graduate with strong outpatient pediatric experience and a referral from a Course Instructor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children and families
