Overview: This role is pivotal in managing clinical initiatives and ensuring the delivery of superior healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, execute, and uphold guidelines and protocols for clinical programs to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery.
- Evaluate and analyze patient outcomes utilizing advanced methodologies.
- Guarantee compliance with quality benchmarks and assess program outputs.
- Support the interpretation of nursing service policies and objectives to staff and community stakeholders.
- Design care strategies, timelines, resource allocations, and financial plans. Facilitate meetings for home care programs to ensure effective operational management.
Qualifications:
- Education/Skills: Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in clinical nursing with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity preferred.
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: RN License in the state of employment or compact. Wound Care certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.
Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
