Assistant Director Behavioral Health Services Full Time Days

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director Behavioral Health Services to join our team at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing care given by a designated healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 24-hour responsibility for unit standards, staff, leadership, decision-making, fiscal guidelines, and department relationships.
- Foster a supportive, professional environment for physicians, staff, and patients.
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Director, Patient Care Services, to ensure seamless operation of the department.
- BSN required.
- Current Registered Nursing license for the state of California.
- 2+ years Acute Behavioral Health Experience required.
- One to two years management experience.
