About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HealthONE Division Float Pool PRN team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, utilizing your advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Rotate through various units and departments, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills in a variety of settings.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.

Requirements

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross for all Float Pool Registered Nurses required.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
  • Two years' nursing experience minimum in Medical Surgical units in acute care required.
