We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at SMA Advantage, LLC. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying a smooth, even coat of powder to metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting parts for defects and imperfections
  • Lifting and hanging parts in a timely manner
  • Sanding and blasting parts to prepare for coating
  • Packaging and labeling finished parts
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to work in extreme temperatures
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Nicotine-free lifestyle
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
