We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Admissions Director to join our team at Manna Post Acute, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in South Carolina.

About the Role:

The RN Admissions Director will be responsible for leading the admissions process, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services. This includes:

  • Completing patient intake and initial assessments
  • Assisting in maintaining rules and regulations in accordance with Local, State, and Federal standards
  • Conducting assessments of residents' mental and physical health
  • Maintaining reference materials and participating in quality assurance programs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • A current, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina
  • Long-term and rehabilitation experience, preferably in a supervisory role
