Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Site Design group in Plano or Fort Worth. As a key member of our team, you'll provide technical support, advise on complex projects, and mentor junior staff. Your expertise will elevate the level of technical expertise within the team and contribute to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead engineer on complex projects and provide high-level technical engineering design
- Execute QA/QC plans for the team and promote efficiencies in producing quality work
- Elevate the level of technical expertise within the team through technical design mentoring and training
- May supervise/direct professionals and technical staff in the design approach to meet project requirements

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, ability to contribute and work well on a team, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. You should have at least 8 years of related Civil Engineering experience, be a registered professional, and have supervisory experience.
