Nation's Best Holdings, LLC is seeking a skilled Hardware Specialist to join our team in Skokie, IL. As a key member of our hardware sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support sales efforts, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for contractors and retail customers.
- Support hardware sales efforts by servicing customers, determining needs, and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Assist customers with sales transactions, maintaining precise work order files, and pulling products from the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, set up displays, clean store equipment, and load/unload delivery trucks.
- Wait on contractors and retail customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Inform customers about current sales or promotions, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring seamless store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency and basic knowledge of building supply and hardware.
- One year minimum of previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work as a team, motivate others, and provide superior customer service.
- Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to consistently provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50lbs consistently and perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.
