About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Implement resident care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines
  • Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely addressing of resident needs

Compensation: $17-22.50/hr, depending on experience, plus shift differentials. Med Tech training available, with an additional $1.50/hr rate.

Requirements:

  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
