Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Order Selector at Sysco, you will play a critical role in the foodservice supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community. This is an active, physical role that requires operating an electric pallet jack and/or forklift, as well as organizing and palletizing product to build customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift to move product throughout the warehouse
- Organize and palletize product to build customer orders
- Work in a fast-paced environment with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions and type of product being selected

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 0-1 year of relevant work experience
- Frequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs
- Frequently reach up to 72 inches
- Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, retrieving products from lower shelf areas

Preferred Requirements:

- 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift
- 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience
- 1 year Selection Experience
