Shift Lead Role

As a Shift Lead at Five Guys, you'll play a key role in ensuring our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for leading a team of crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of crew members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide guidance and support to crew members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
