Job Title: Welding Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welding Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing batteries, chargers, and other equipment at our customer's mission-critical sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install batteries on racks or in trays
  • Install cables and hardware
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in welding and equipment repair
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
