Job Title: Transformational Home Remodeler

Location: Burnsville, MN

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and re-construct existing residential products for new accessible layouts and bathing safety
• Provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs
• Pick up and load company vehicle at warehouse location each morning
• Work on jobs throughout a designated region, completing tasks in several hours to several days
• Receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training
• Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements:

• At least two years experience in residential remodeling or construction
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screen
• Ability to drive company vehicle to various client sites

Physical Requirements:

• This job is performed both inside and outside, in summer and winter conditions
• Employees will use various hand tools; noise is typical of a construction site
• Employees may work at heights, depending on the job
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Ability to lift above head and maintain position for short periods
