Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new Personal Care Attendants (PCAs).
- Conduct regular home and wellness visits as necessary.
- Manage inquiries and assessments for new clients.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for employees and clients.
- Develop and manage schedules for PCAs in accordance with client care plans.
- Communicate regularly with clients and care providers to ensure service quality.
- Address and resolve incidents involving PCAs or clients, ensuring thorough follow-up.
- Oversee PCA performance and set clear expectations for conduct and attendance.
- Organize training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Conduct audits of caseloads and respond to audit inquiries.
- Ensure a professional and organized office environment.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Regional Director.
- Engage in community outreach and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care and support to clients.
