Optometrist Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team as a Lead Clinical Director. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

• Provide guidance and support to Optometrists and Lead Clinical Assistants to ensure the highest level of patient experience.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Territory Director to identify opportunities for growth and provide support needed to achieve optimal business excellence.
• Lead and partner with Clinical Directors, Territory Directors, Optometrists, Lead Clinical Assistants, and General Managers to drive key success indicators.
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Travel to locations and coach Optometrists and Lead Clinical Assistants on driving efficiency, quality patient care, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Visionworks store team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Review and analyze key metrics, reporting, and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present material as needed to support business objectives.

• Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including TPA certificate of licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory experience or skills in coaching, mentoring, and training preferred.
