Cabinet Maker III - Production Line Specialist

As a skilled Cabinet Maker III, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality cabinet components and hardware for American Emergency Vehicles.

  • Fabricate and install cabinet components and hardware with precision and attention to detail.
  • Mark outlines or dimensions of parts according to blueprints or drawing specifications.
  • Cut 45-degree miters on aluminum and anodized trim with accuracy.
  • Adhere laminate to the substrate with contact adhesive, ensuring a strong bond.
  • Assemble final parts and hardware, ensuring a seamless fit.
Assembler I - Interior/Exterior Component Installer

As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for installing and mounting interior/exterior components and hardware for American Emergency Vehicles.

  • Install and mount nonelectrical and electrical components and hardware with precision.
  • Assemble fabricated parts, components, or other units at stations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality are met, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Installer I - Electrical Component Specialist

As an Installer I, you will be responsible for the installation of all electrical interior/exterior components and hardware for American Emergency Vehicles.

  • Install electrical components and hardware with precision and attention to detail.
  • Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English, communicating effectively with team members.
  • Close attention to detail is essential in this role, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Function with minimal supervision, setting work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
Paint/Body - Vehicle Refinisher

As a skilled Paint/Body professional, you will be responsible for prepping, sanding, and buffing painted vehicles to a high standard for American Emergency Vehicles.

  • Prep, sand, and buff painted vehicles, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Tape and mask off nonpainted surfaces or parts around areas to be painted, protecting the surrounding area.
  • Seal body seams with epoxy seam sealer and smooth properly for final paint, ensuring a strong bond.
  • Grind and fill with properly mixed body filler and sand to finish, all welds, dents, and gouges in exterior panels.

As a Cabinet Maker III, Assembler I, Installer I, or Paint/Body professional, you will be expected to:

  • Meet minimum safety and 5S standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Meet all QA and QC standards for each task, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Be compliant with all the rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook.
  • Know spill response procedures and evacuation routes, ensuring a safe and prepared work environment.
