The selected candidates will be accountable for:

  • Setting up and managing manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal operation.
  • Safely operating equipment to produce high-quality rolls of plastic film.
  • Conducting roll changes, including the removal of completed rolls and preparing new production setups.
  • Monitoring extrusion lines and making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Coordinating raw material supply to extrusion lines.
  • Documenting machine operating conditions accurately.
  • Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
  • Utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
Tools and Equipment

Operators will work with a variety of tools and equipment, including:

  • Extrusion lines and associated machinery.
  • Hand tools for maintenance and adjustments.
  • Laboratory testing equipment.
  • Material handling equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in extrusion or manufacturing is preferred.
