About the Role

As a Payroll Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying challenges that our prospective customers face and providing solutions using inbound marketing strategies. You will work closely with our marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy and bring new business to our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cannabis industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy
  • Provide exceptional closing skills and superior communication skills
  • Meet or exceed sales quota levels
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of payroll sales experience
  • Experience in a startup environment, preferably in the cannabis industry
  • Evidence of being a top producer, if possible
  • Experience working with small business owners, marketers, and executives
  • Superior communication skills and exceptional closing skills
  • Facility with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and a CRM (Salesforce experience preferred)
