Position Overview

This role involves estimating costs for various construction projects, specifically in asphalt paving and dirt work. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to provide accurate estimates for both public and private sector initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates for construction projects.
  • Review project plans and specifications thoroughly.
  • Manage estimation and contract-related tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating or project management within the construction industry.
  • A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and a 401K plan with company matching.

Limited travel may be required to visit project sites and meet with clients as necessary for preparing estimates. A company vehicle will be provided along with per diem for travel expenses.
