Valiant Integrated Services is seeking qualified F-22A Instructor Pilots for a significant role in the PACAF Simulator Instructor contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instruction for simulator RAP, DMO, LSB, and Distributed Live Control tactical and fundamental mission scenarios.
  • Design and oversee realistic training scenarios that support RAP/DMO/LSB tactical mission events and aircrew basic skills training.
  • Maintain daily logs and provide updates on each aircrew member's simulator mission and academic training progress to local training officer representatives.
  • Operate various training consoles in support of Air Force and Joint RAP/DMO/LSB tactical exercises and basic mission skills training.
  • Act as event manager for Air Force and Joint tactical exercises and Distributed Live Control events.
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, monitoring student progress, and ensuring quality assurance and safety of training programs.
  • Maintain proficiency in the operation of essential F-22A series Aircrew Training Devices.
  • Possess prior aircraft operating experience and the ability to establish credibility with trainees.
  • Meet minimum AFI 11-2E-3 requirements and be physically qualified to operate the simulator as a Flight Member.
  • Prepare necessary reports as required by management.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be capable of entering and exiting the simulator and conducting academic instruction for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen, proficient in English, and possess basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Operational flight experience within the last three years as an instructor on the applicable system or similar aircraft simulator duties.
  • A minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft, including 500 hours in the F-22 or 200 instructor hours in any fighter.
  • Ability to perform AF Form 8 Certified Instructor duties using current tactics and employment standards.
  • Experience operating the simulator as a flight lead using current tactics.
  • Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or equivalent within six months of employment.
  • Must maintain ground training currency and be physically qualified for the role.
  • A minimum Secret/SAP Clearance is required; Top Secret/SAP is preferred.
  • Experience with Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) Training is desirable.
