Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Robbinsdale, MN. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures in an efficient and safe manner, working with a variety of patients, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging exams and procedures accurately, applying critical thinking skills as needed.
  • Recognize and respond to emergent situations, prioritizing patient safety.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Utilize imaging and hospital computer systems correctly, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Interact with physicians, team members, patients, and families in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Have access to medications appropriate to job duties, following proper protocols.
  • Accept additional duties as assigned to promote organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in skills outlined in the position skills list, maintaining skill proficiency and upgrading as needed.
Compliance and Confidentiality
  • Recognize and comply with legal, regulatory, and accrediting requirements related to job responsibilities.
  • Understand and follow North Memorial's Corporate Code of Conduct, protecting patient and team member privacy.
  • Access customer and team member information only as needed to perform job duties, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Report violations or concerns to supervisor or Corporate Compliance Officer via established channels.

Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent - Required.
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology - Required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year modality-specific experience (CT, MR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology) - Preferred.
Certifications
  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist - Required.
  • Current BLS Certification - Required.
  • ACLS (Only required for Cath Lab) - Required.
