About the Job

Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

This is a travel Cath Lab Technologist position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in catheterization laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform catheterization laboratory procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiography, and other related diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote cardiovascular health and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce medical errors.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted state license or certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.
  • Unrestricted physical for lifting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Compliance with any other licensing or credentialing requirements.
  • BLS certification with the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS certification with the American Heart Association for high-acuity specialties.
