Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with ConvenientMD's policies and procedures.
  • Clinic Effectiveness: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to efficiently treat patients and plan coordinated care.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and complete medical records, adhere to infection-control policies, and comply with legal and professional requirements.
  • Continuing Education & Mentorship: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices, and act as a preceptor to new team members.
  • Leadership, Teamwork, & Flexibility: Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills, and be flexible in scheduling to accommodate varying shifts and clinic needs.
Requirements
  • Education, Licensure, & Certifications: Master's degree, certification by a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certifying body, DEA license, and BLS certification.
  • Relevant Experience: Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care settings.
