This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. As a member of our team at Tenet Healthcare Corporation, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
- Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Supervise staff to ensure that nursing care is appropriately delegated.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse as required by law, regulation in the state of practice or policy.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
