Key Responsibilities- Visually inspect components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Detect and report defects, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Provide end-of-shift diagnostic summaries to key area owners for informed decision-making.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MES software for efficient data management.
- Communicate effectively in English, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Apply knowledge of Smart Torque equipment and torque specs to enhance product quality.
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have experience working in industries with complex assemblies (Aerospace, medical, mechanical, automotive, semiconductor).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and MES software.
- Be fluent in English for effective communication.
