Job Summary

This position involves performing various clinical and administrative duties, including heavy lifting, transporting patients, answering phones, explaining treatment procedures, and recording vital signs. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate medical records, and interact positively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine administrative and patient care support duties, including scheduling appointments, taking medical histories, and recording vital signs.
  • Answer telephones, explain treatment procedures to patients, and greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist medical and nursing staff in various tasks, including preparing patients for examination and treatment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program, and current State of North Carolina LPN licensure. A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
