The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Packing and hanging plates and blankets according to company standards
  • Maintaining each print unit, including installing new rollers and ensuring good ink transfer within acceptable quality guidelines
  • Obtaining color-to-color register
  • Assisting the Press Operator with inline and inkjet make-ready and operation
  • Running the press when the Press Operator is absent or away from the press

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with inline finishing
  • At least one year of experience as a Lithographic 2nd Pressman or Rolltender
  • Experience producing quality four-color process pieces
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-12 hours per shift
