Labor and Delivery Nurse Specialist

Award-winning MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN to join our dynamic team.
We offer an exceptional compensation package including a $20,000 Sign On Bonus for eligible positions. The total annual salary for this role is approximately $70,000-$90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:- Evaluates assigned patients and develops individualized care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
- Administers medications within the scope of practice and educates patients on self-care techniques.
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing personalized care goals and teaching families about medical conditions and treatment options.
- Active NM Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certification essential.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Labor and Delivery experience; expertise in fetal monitoring, labor support, and neonatal care a plus.
