Job Summary
The Milken Institute seeks an experienced production leader to join our team as a Senior Production Manager. This role will be responsible for assembling and cultivating a team of talented professionals to create engaging content for our events and broadcasts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale productions, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

In this role, you will work closely with our event producers and Studio Director to develop and implement production strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and lead a team of production professionals to create high-quality content for events and broadcasts
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet project objectives and deliverables
- Manage budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with event producers, Studio Director, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Institute goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their growth and development

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in production management, with a focus on live events and broadcast production
- Proven track record of managing large-scale productions, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana or Trello
- Ability to travel occasionally to other offices and/or venues to assist with events as needed
