Salary & Benefits

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and present bar and restaurant menu, ensuring accuracy and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assess customer needs, describe menu items, and upsell complementing food and beverage items.
  • Create innovative cocktails and drinks by mixing correct ingredients and garnishing them aesthetically.
  • Transport trays of beverages and food items, ensuring accuracy and portion size.
  • Refill drinks and water glasses, taking additional orders promptly and delivering excellent service.
  • Process cash or credit card payments and maintain a clean, efficient environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience bartending in upscale restaurants or fine-dining establishments.
  • Excellent people skills, providing a positive, memorable experience for guests.
  • Maintain Food Handler's Certification and adhere to workplace safety procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, lift, and carry during entire shifts.
