DataStage Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DataStage Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining a DataStage shared environment across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and re-sizing the environment based on project needs
• Installing patches when required
• Monitoring and ensuring the optimal usage and efficient performance of the infrastructure

Responsibilities and Skills

• Providing end-to-end support on all IBM InfoSphere products related issues
• Developing new tools and processes to ensure effective use of DataStage product
• Experience with IBM InfoSphere installation and support guides that are consistent with IT security policy
• Capacity planning and generating forecast for new projects in the shared environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Strong experience working with IBM InfoSphere products, including DataStage and QualityStage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
