Fun Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fun Manager to join our team at Humdingers. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's daily operations, store opening and closing, and staff supervision.

• Manage and improve operational practices to ensure high-quality customer experiences
• Allocate team members effectively to meet business needs
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
