About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients. You will work under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor to perform resident/patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for their personal needs, safety, and comfort.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents/patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents/patients
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse Supervisor
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
  • Able to relate positively and effectively with residents/patients, families, and other center staff
  • Possess a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with the elderly
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Meet all health requirements, as required by law
