Job Title: Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Eureka, California. As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients, including coaching women throughout the birthing process, monitoring vital signs, and administering medication as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Active RN license.
