We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
- Use the nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities and deliver quality direct patient care.
- Perform and administer standard nursing treatments and medications, observing patients for desired or unwanted effects.
- Communicate and collaborate with the care team to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings.
- Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Licensed and currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN.
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.
- Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and optimal patient health.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- $32.83 per hour.
- 1199 Union benefits.
