Rehabilitation Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a wide range of patient injuries and age groups.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Our Physical Therapist will partner with new and ongoing patients in our facility to create a comprehensive Plan of Treatment consisting of exercises, procedures, and techniques required for effective recovery.

• Provide leadership in the clinic, directing policies, objectives, and programs offered to patients.
• Manage day-to-day operations, supervise therapists, and provide staff support.
• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards and state regulations.
• Develop Plans of Treatment for each patient based on evaluations, considering short and long-term goals, collaboration demands, and patient/caregiver involvement.
• Implement treatment plans on a consistent schedule, adjusting as needed based on patient progress.
• Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A proven track record of matching patient needs to treatment plans and implementing these plans safely and effectively.
• Experience working with a wide range of patient age groups and injuries.
• A strong sense of empathy and compassion for patients, with the ability to motivate them towards responsible recovery.
• A BS, MS, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A current VA Physical Therapy license for the state of operation.
