Behavioral Specialist

Treetop ABA Therapy is committed to providing exceptional care for children aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working directly with clients and their families to create personalized learning environments.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $25-$29 per hour, plus a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 billable hours. Our full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefit package, PTO accrual, and annual performance reviews with potential pay increases.
Job Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on establishing competent learner skills in our clients, preparing them to function effectively in both home and community-based settings. This involves working closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also have access to ongoing supervision, professional development opportunities, and the tools necessary to excel in your role.
Requirements
To succeed as an RBT at Treetop ABA Therapy, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, hold a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation. Prior experience with EMR systems and data collection is highly valued, as is the ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors.
