Service Porter

Job Summary: As a Service Porter at Parkway Chevrolet, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This includes moving vehicles from the service drive to the service parking lot, as well as assisting with maintenance tasks for the drive and service department.

Essential Duties:

• Keep the service drive clean and organized
• Wash vehicles from the service department
• Upon return of Service Rental Vehicles, vacuum, wipe down interior, and remove any trash or personal effects
• Check in vehicles, placing number tags and protective covers
• Pick up keys from the cashier, pull vehicles around, and greet customers promptly and professionally
• Assist the service department with various tasks
• Clean the driveway, sidewalks, and take out trash
• Maintain an acceptable driving record
• Drive in a safe and courteous manner, protecting the dealership and customer belongings
• Keep management informed of all schedule changes, including following the Parkway Chevrolet attendance policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to commute or relocate to Tomball, TX
• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
