Job Opportunity

We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children's activities during Break Time, Camp, Parties, and Open Play
  • Use our Mind Body Software to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all families
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm to work with children of all abilities
  • Previous experience working with children (preferable children with special needs and without)
  • High School diploma or enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year
  • Pre-Employment Screening (Background check), CPR Certification or willingness to attend a certification class

Additional Information:

  • Must be available to work on weekends
  • Schedules may change frequently to meet the needs of our customers
  • Coaches may work with children who exhibit challenging behaviors, and We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym will provide training as needed to manage these situations
