About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Manager to join our team at RGBSI, a multi-national corporation headquartered in Troy, MI with branches throughout the USA, Canada, Germany, and India.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and complete all production part approval processes for aftermarket operations.
  • Analyze technical data and identify key product characteristics (KPCs).
  • Create process flow diagrams (PFD) and conduct process failure modes and effects analysis (PFEMA).
  • Develop and implement measurement system analysis and first article inspection procedures.
  • Ensure process certifications are completed and up-to-date.
  • Conduct Cpk studies and impact maturity reviews.
  • Analyze supplier, input, process output, customer (SIPOC) data and develop control plans.
  • Support work instruction and process plan overhauls, utilizing outputs from PPAP to drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technical Field with a minimum of 5 years' experience working process certification/control in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/O365 and ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and 3D models.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and experience with Kaizen events or continuous improvement programs.
  • Six-sigma green belt certification preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10 years' experience with process certification/control in a manufacturing setting.
  • FAA Repair Station experience.
  • Experience with maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aerospace components.
  • Experience with composite material repair and/or manufacturing.
