Job Title: Certified Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Behavior Technician to join our team at ResCare Premier Inc. Our company provides holistic care for individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

As a Certified Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our experienced team to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting
  • Implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
  • Providing adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
  • Facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
  • Tracking client progress and program data

Requirements:

  • Certified Behavior Technician credential
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and insurance
