Carside To-Go Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Carside To-Go Specialist to join our team at The Rose Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our guests' orders using our state-of-the-art technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging and preparing orders for delivery
  • Ensuring accurate payments and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of orders
  • Lifting up to 15-30 pounds and working for periods of up to 8 hours

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to lift and move orders
