Role Summary:
The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in upholding the cleanliness and safety standards of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with locker needs.
2. Uphold integrity and honesty when accessing customer lockers.
3. Conduct routine cleaning of locker rooms as per established guidelines.
4. Ensure all locker room toiletries and supplies are replenished as necessary.
5. Monitor the cleanliness of locker room amenities including sauna, steam room, and whirlpool.
6. Sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the facility as directed.
7. Operate laundry equipment, including washing, drying, and folding linens, which may involve physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
8. Distribute towels across the center as required.
9. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
10. Properly receive and organize deliveries.
11. Assist in the preparation of conference rooms.
12. Ability to lift cleaning supplies and linens weighing up to 25 lbs.
13. Flexibility in work hours and schedules is essential.
14. Adhere to all safety protocols and certifications necessary for the role.
15. Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and communicate effectively with emergency services.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience or training is preferred.

• CPR/AED certification is required within 90 days of employment (training provided by Power Wellness).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for positive member interactions.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
