Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar in Deland. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to every guest and ensure they feel valued and appreciated
• Manage the wait list and communicate with guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate guest concerns to the Manager when necessary
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Assist fellow Team Members when needed

Requirements

• Friendly and warm attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary
• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team
