About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at Helping Hands Family. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise personalized care plans with meaningful goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and monitor data collection to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide parent training and education to empower families to support their child's growth and development.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with patients, families, and colleagues, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to identify and address challenging behaviors.
  • Communicate regularly with the Clinical Director to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination of care.
  • Provide weekly updates and facilitate team meetings to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Uphold regular treatment integrity checks to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Adhere to relevant CPT codes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • BCBA Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
  • Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with experience as an RBT counting towards newly certified BCBAs.
  • Confident verbal and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass internal competency assessments within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
