We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead and Development Coach to join our Sales Management team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of outside commissioned sales representatives and driving sales performance to exceed expectations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and developing talent. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 20-25 designers, duplicating company training systems, policies, and procedures, and achieving monthly closing rates and volume performance objectives. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a commission-only sales force, as well as forecasting and reporting monthly performance. If you are a results-driven sales professional with excellent leadership skills and a passion for developing others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of 20-25 outside sales commission-based designers
