- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives within the department.
- Maintain professional competencies and stay current with nursing practices.
To be considered for this position, you must possess a valid RN License in New Jersey, with adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, hospital protocols, and standards is essential.
Continuous professional development through education and current literature is expected.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate a team are crucial for success in this role.
