Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver Specialist to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with disabilities.

The estimated salary for this position is $16.50 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring. You will also help foster positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates.

To succeed in this position, you must have a valid driver's license, be able to work in a group home or home-like setting, and have excellent communication skills.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure that our Direct Support Professionals have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
