Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm

As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction for both retail and contractor clientele. Your exceptional customer service skills will foster strong relationships with our regular and new customers, encouraging them to return.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assessing the needs of customers as they enter the store, providing tailored solutions.
  • Mixing, tinting, and matching paint according to customer specifications.
  • Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment stocked with paint and other merchandise.
  • Processing customer orders and payment requests through various channels.
  • Utilizing the POS system for transactions and customer checkouts.
  • Potentially making local deliveries using a company vehicle.
  • Reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of residence with no restrictions and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong customer service abilities with a collaborative team approach and a stable employment history.
  • Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime.
  • Physical capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry weights up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
